Yes, we can process your visa application. At this time, we only processes tourist, business and transit visas. Applicants looking for immigrant/residence visas must apply directly through the nearest Embassy or Consulate.

Yes, in most cases, visas can be processed with regard to consular jurisdiction only. Most countries require all visa applications to be submitted in the assigned consular jurisdiction. Consular jurisdiction is the geographic area for which a consulate has responsibility for issuing visas. When a consulate is jurisdictional, it can only process visas for those who reside in a state within their jurisdiction. Yes, visas to most countries require the passport to be in our possession. We have to physically submit your passport, the visa application along with necessary documents to the Embassy/consulate where the visa officer will issue visa onto one of the blank pages of your passport. When the visa is ready, we will collect the passport with the visa in it and will be deliver/courier it back to you according to the delivery option you selected.

Yes, you can send/receive your documents in single package to save on courier charges.

Yes, it is your choice as you would like to deliver/collect the passport to/from us. You can also send your own pick up/delivery courier. To make this request please send an email to Customer Care.

Any Individual/corporate can use our services. Our system is for the use of every passenger who required a visa for visiting any country in any part of the world and eligible to apply their visa through any Embassy or Consulate in India.

It is advisable to apply for your visa in the country where you reside.

One application form for each individual applicant must be filled. Each application must be complete with all supporting document.

Once a Visa Officer at the Embassy/Consulate has assessed your application, he/she will make the final decision on your visa application whether to approve or refuse your visa or invite you for a personal interview.

No, you do not need to submit original documents unless specified. Only passport and photographs need to be submitted in original. A photocopy of the supporting documents should suffice.

You can use any address but we will prefer your current residential address as the address for correspondence to avoid any delay in collecting/delivering the passport/documents.
